With this tour to Verona and Lake Garda, you will discover Verona with a walk through its historic center and after a short lunch stop, you will head to Lake Garda, where you will stop at the beautiful Lazise.

The historic center of Verona is a tourist destination full of characteristic places worth visiting every moment of the year: it is the city of love cradle of the tragedy of Romeo and Juliet, it is the city of music destination for opera fans, but not only.  Verona stands on a tongue of land drawn by the bends of the Adige River, and its urban layout is closely linked to the Scaligeri family, which in two centuries transformed the city into one of the most powerful seigniories in Italy.

Our walk will begin at Piazza Bra, where you will admire the Verona Area, the largest opera house in the world, a destination for millions of opera fans every year. Then following Via Mazzini, Verona's famous shopping street, you will walk to Juliet's House, a 13th-century building that was home to the Capulet family.

You will continue to Piazza delle Erbe, Piazza dei Signori, Porta Borsari and the Arche Scaligere, until you reach the Ponte di Pietra and, if you wish, you can take the funicular railway and reach San Pietro Hill for a bird's-eye view of Verona.
